We are vegan and all products available in our shop are also suitable for vegans. At Cinamoon we love nature, so we’re also nuts about being Eco. There is something magical and special about travel and we cannot imagine giving up exploring the world. We always look forward to every trip. Work and various duties do not allow us to go away as often as we would like, so every trip, even the shortest one, evokes euphoria and the joy of being able to discover new places.

We aim to dispatch all products within 4 working days, however, we usually dispatch the same day. During busy periods e.g.: Christmas the shipping time may be longer due to high demand, but we will inform you of the estimated time before purchase.
We do not use any products that come from animals, our vegan philosophy is strictly adhered to and we believe that there is no need for a single animal product in any aspect of our lives. Please refer to each product’s ingredient list to check the ingredients, but our way of creating is to simplify the process and use as few ingredients as possible to make sure the product is completely safe and satisfying. All products in our shop are vegan-friendly.
Absolutely, we choose products that are not tested on animals and, wherever possible, are ethically sourced to ensure that the environment does not suffer either.
We have never tested our products on animals and will never support any company that contributes to animal suffering. You can proudly buy our products knowing that animals were not involved in their creation.
Our soaps are safe for pregnant women, but you should consult your midwife before using them to ensure that the ingredients used are safe for you. Pregnancy is a special time when your body, due to hormonal changes, may react differently than usual and there is nothing wrong with that.
All our products are very easy to use. It is a soap, so using it does not require special skills. The type of soap is specified in our CSP document, which you can access. Some of our products are unique and unusual, they can have different decorative elements on top, which are usually dry flowers, herbs and leaves. They do not affect the experience, but only make it more beautiful and special.
Absolutely yes. We are fully certified soapmakers and always follow all regulations to ensure the best quality of our products. Our ingredients are carefully selected and wherever possible – sourced locally to maintain the support of local businesses. All products are consistently tested to make sure our products are the best they can be, we all use them ourselves and love them endlessly. They are all made by hand in small batches to ensure that all stages of production are controlled to maintain the best results and avoid errors that are common in mass production. Using the products we create ourselves, we love them and decided we wanted to share this love and passion with you so you can experience their beauty too.
Of course! Always! For our candles, we use natural vegetable oils and paraffin, with essential oils and fragrances. The soaps are made only from vegetable oils and vegan products.
