GIFT FOR BATHROOM

How to arrange a decent gift for bathroom? First of all we need to know how the bathroom is stylised? Please bare in mind that a set of hand wash and hand lotion isn’t anymore acceptable, it is a gift, but it is a very lazy gift. It is easy and it seems to be always working, but if we buy a set which won’t match colours and style, it will end up in the best case scenario in the soap dispenser or it is going to be re-given,  so if you thought about it – please forget about it.. Our previous post was about gifts I’ve mentioned gifts which can be taken to local charity, and the idea itself being amazing and heart-warming isn’t really the goal itself.. How to avoid any of the above described scenarios? Destination: our gift happily gets its place in the bathroom, how to make it happen?

Let’s discuss the topic in more details. We are going for ‘house warming party’ or maybe a party and on the wish list we saw phrase ‘gifts for the bathroom’. We need to organize something what brings happiness and joy to the receivers face :) It needs to look pretty of course, First of all colours, it shall at least match the main colouring scheme of the place. Let’s take candles, (we do sell them in our shop), these are always great as a gift for any occasion, but to select the one we need to know the colour of the walls, ceramics. When we know it we can match colour of the candle. Dark coloured candles will be amazing if floor is dark or wall tiles are dark. Black candle will be a perfect match. Select one shade darker or lighter and problem is solved. If we know there are plants in the bathroom we can confidently choose green or teal colours. Plants are also great as a gift for bathroom, but you need to be very certain they like plants and what size to choose. If you’d like candles as gift for bathroom pop in to our shop and choose one. Bathroom with bath is slightly easier to select a gift for. Assuming there will be a bathing experience involved we can select a bath tray, bath pillow and the whole spectrum of bath decorations. We have mentioned candles already. For candle we need a tray or a small plate to nicely and safely burn it. We do strongly recommend buying candle with a base tray, these are available in our store with unique shapes and patterns. When bathing and no candles are involved, there might be an option for scent sticks as a bathroom gift. And for these a scent stick holder is a necessity. We do have them as well in our shop. Beautiful patterns and shapes, also available with golden accents, which will add a lot of charm to each bathroom, regardless if it is dark or light. For a bathroom with a window seal all of the above options will be absolutely spot on, to make a window seal more interesting we can add wooden decorations, small figures made of wood add an extra charm to each window seal. Each bathroom will always benefit from scented gifts. These can be situated with an accompany of candles, separately in the corner or on the shelf.

We have discussed decorations which we can place somewhere. Let’s think about walls. Maybe a picture or wall paper? Gift for the bathroom needs to be moisture friendly. So choose wisely. What about crystals or mirrors with shiny frame. There isn’t too many mirrors in the bathroom.. Mirrors will make the place optically bigger, and crystals will bring some magic of light reflections. I love it. Bathroom will look different in each time of the dat and year, depends on the position of Sun. When there is a window we can choose a flower. The most popular in the bathroom are fern and ivy. For plant you will need a pot, and here there are all of the above rules applicable. Colour is the most important. But in each bathroom is a soap. You won’t find a bathroom without soap, so soaps will be the safest as a gift for bathroom. In our shop you can find natural, free from any artificial ingredients soaps.
